Returns and Exchanges
Don’t want to read for the next hour? Skip ahead to the TL;DR below. We want all you legends and legendette’s to be wrapped with your purchase but unfortunately we can’t accept refunds after a competition is drawn (we’d go broke if we did, and that means no more killer gear or giveaways for anyone). What we can do though is exchanges or store credit. The gear’s gotta be clean, unused, unworn, and not smell like it’s been stuck in your dirty gear bag for the better part of summer. If there’s been a failure or mixup on our end we’ll hook you up. But if you’ve blown the back out of a hoodie after one too many breakfast burgers we’ll all have to chalk that one up as a life lesson.
- Any refunds forfeit entries to a draw
- Refunds can only be done before the give-away of the month is drawn
- After a prize is drawn we can only do store credit or exchanges
- Anything being returned needs to be in as-new condition
How we do things around here
We’ll keep this short and sweet
Want store credit? We’ll knock up a discount code for you and email through within 14 days of receiving your item returned in as new condition
Want an exchange item? It’ll need to be dollar for dollar value, otherwise we can do store credit if it’s cheaper, or shoot you an invoice with the difference if the item you want is more expensive.
Want a refund? You’ll need to let us know and return the item before the giveaway is drawn – We’ll process the refund to you within 14 days of receiving the item through whichever method you paid.
What if the items are cooked? (and not in a good way)
We didn’t start Adventure Corp to earn a billion dollars and fly a penis shaped rocket to the moon so you being wrapped with what you order from us is a high priority. Unfortunately, this ain’t a Disney fairytale so things can and do go wrong so here’s what we’ll do. If you receive something that’s damaged, defective, or just flat out wrong reach out to us and we’ll get it sorted for ya. We’re happy to exchange, refund, or give store credit depending on what the issue is and if it’s tied to a giveaway. If you’re not stoked with what you’ve received reach out to us at email@example.com with your order number, details of what’s wrong, and photos if you reckon it’ll help and we’ll get straight on the case.
